Throughout his career, he has worked with Fortune 100 organizations and alongside many of the world’s leading technology companies to help design and deliver next-generation infrastructure solutions.As the Founder and CEO of IPE Solutions and creator of the Foundational Liquid Cooling Certification (FLCC), Dr. Breville developed the industry’s first vendor-neutral liquid cooling certification program to help students, engineers, operators, consultants, and business leaders confidently navigate the rapidly evolving world of AI-ready data centers.

His passion for education comes from years of hands-on experience helping organizations solve real-world cooling, efficiency, sustainability, and operational risk challenges. Dr. Breville’s mission is to make liquid cooling understandable, practical, and approachable while preparing students for the future of high-density AI infrastructure.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, a Master’s in International Management, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Today, he is widely recognized for his thought leadership around the intersection of power, water, cooling, and AI infrastructure, helping organizations and communities better understand how sustainable, ethical, energy-efficient data centers can responsibly support the future of AI and digital growth.
